We offer exchange only in the following cases:

  • Size issue (exchange request within 3 days of delivery)

To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order with:

  • Clear pictures of the product

  • Reason for exchange

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • With original tags and packaging


💰 Refund Policy

We only offer refunds if:

  • The product is out of stock after payment

  • The item received is completely damaged and replacement is not available

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or washed items

  • Items without original tags

  • Change of mind after purchase


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side (wrong or damaged item sent).
